Lindsey Beals is the Owner + Founder of Soul Revival – Central Maine’s FIRST barre, yoga and wellness studio. She has spent most of her career as a full-time Holistic Movement & Meditation Educator and Teacher Trainer and strives to bring light, humor and inspiration to others through her work. Lindsey is fueled by being of service and is committed to building community through wellness and empowering others to unlock their fullest potential.

Lindsey graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2009 with a B.A in Communication and a minor in Business Administration, and holds various certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Health + Wellness Coaching.

Lindsey lives tucked in the woods of China, ME with her husband and young daughter. She has a passion for the outdoors, music, all things Boston sports, and firmly believes that happiness is a do-it-yourself kind of thing.
